We aim to make the process simple and seamless. There are no costs involved and your current agent cannot charge you any fees nor can they dispute your decision. You can transfer your property even if there is a current fixed lease in place.
Once you have signed an agreement with us, we then have authority to act on your behalf and we will arrange for all the required documents, property file and keys to be collected from your previous agent.
We then contact your tenants to inform them of the change and we also provide our unique and comprehensive renting guide to them.
Arrangements are made to inspect your property and we then provide a full written report for you to know the condition of your property and our recommendations.
There is minimal disruption to your tenants, and you will then start to experience the high level of service we know you expect and are entitled to.
